Mineral Exploration can be expensive, especially when you are looking for the unknown
STeP technology enables the unknown to become the known, even before you apply for the expencive licence to explore.

Unlike traditional exploration methods STeP® will give a better understanding of the geology in any size of area, quickly, remotely and cost-effectively, where at the same time you:
  • Reduce the risk and wasteful spending of surveying areas that may not contain a prospect.
  • Focus spending on high-potential areas only.
  • Plan license application or retention.

The STeP® technology consists of several remote sensing and analytical components, as listed below.  All of the aforementioned methods’ outputs/anomalies are integrated/superimposed using GIS and artificial neural networks.  The areas where all (or most) of the anomalies positively superimpose are considered prospects of high value/confidence and recommended to the Customer for further exploration.

The confluence of several independent specialties enables new models of the earth and its subsurface architecture, processes, and geobodies. This is geology, satellite remote sensing, super computer processing and sophisticated, advanced mathematical models. The combination in STeP produces analytical results that detect subsurface information of the earth from information captured at the surface.

STeP® processes and analyzes multispectral, satellite and digital elevation data to extract analogs of resource prospectivity against its large data banks and the interpretative experience of its geoscientists.
